  • We can decline or cancel an order if something doesn't look right (rare, but sometimes necessary).
  • Our site may change from time to time — new sections, new colors, new drool-worthy photos — without notice.

  • We do our best to show colors and styles accurately, but screens and lighting can make things look a little different in person.
  • Stock moves fast — if you see something you like, don't wait!
  • We may limit how many of a particular item you can grab in one order.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless we say otherwise.
  • Prices can change like cookie recipes — we'll always honor the price you saw at checkout.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and any other payment options shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the address you give us at checkout — double-check it so your grips don't go on an accidental adventure.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees (postal systems have their own timelines).
  • Shipping costs will be shown at checkout — sometimes you'll hit our free shipping threshold and we'll cover it.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Not feeling the grip love? You can return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. However, reach out to us first to see if we can make it right.
  • Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and check your return.
  • International refunds/returns are not available at this time.

6. Our Liability

  • We're not responsible for indirect or accidental damages — like missing a pickleball match because your overgrip arrived a day late.
  • If there's ever an issue, our maximum responsibility is the amount you paid for the product.

These Terms follow the laws of the State of California, USA — because that's where our cookie jar lives.

9. cookiegrips e-gift Card Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or redeeming a cookiegrips eGift Card, you agree to the following terms:

* Digital delivery. eGift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
* Redeemable online. eGift Cards may only be redeemed at cookiegrips.com.
* No expiration. cookiegrips eGift Cards do not expire and are not subject to additional service or inactivity fees.
* Balance usage. If your order total exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases.
* Returns and refunds. If an order purchased with an eGift Card is refunded, the refunded amount will be credited back to an eGift Card unless otherwise required by law.
* Treat like cash. Please safeguard your gift card. cookiegrips is not responsible for lost, stolen, unauthorized, or improperly used gift cards.
* Non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
* Promotions. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards and may be excluded from certain promotional offers where permitted.
* Fraud prevention. cookiegrips reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards or related orders if fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity is suspected.
* Acceptance of terms. Purchase, receipt, or use of a cookiegrips eGift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
