We want you to love your new cookiegrips!. If something is not right, please review the return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.

Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used overgrips.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@cookiegrips.com with the following:

Your order number.

The item or items you would like to return.

The reason for the return.

We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
4. Shipping Costs & Processing Fee

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made a mistake with your order.

A $5.99 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the $5.99 processing fee.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
