Refund policy
We want you to love your new cookiegrips! If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:
1. Eligibility
-Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
-Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
-International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.
-Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
-Opened or used overgrips
-Gift cards
-Clearance or “Final Sale” items
3. How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@cookiegrips.com with:
-Your order number
-The item(s) you’d like to return
-Reason for return
-We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
4. Shipping Costs & Processing Fee
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made a mistake with your order.
-A $5 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking.
-We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we’re not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds
-Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund (minus the $5 fee) to your original payment method.
-Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
