Refund policy
We want you to love your new cookiegrips! If something is not right, please review the return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used overgrips.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@cookiegrips.com with the following:
- Your order number.
- The item or items you would like to return.
- The reason for the return.
We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
4. Shipping Costs & Processing Fee
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made a mistake with your order.
- A $5.99 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the $5.99 processing fee.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
