We want you to love your new cookiegrips!. If something is not right, please review the return guidelines below.

 

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used overgrips.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@cookiegrips.com with the following:

  • Your order number.

  • The item or items you would like to return.

  • The reason for the return.

  • We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. Shipping Costs & Processing Fee

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made a mistake with your order.

  • A $5.99 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the $5.99 processing fee.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
