cookiegrips Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 2, 2025


Welcome to The Bakery! By applying to and participating in the cookiegrips affiliate program, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

1) Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to join.
  • Approval into the program is at the sole discretion of cookiegrips.
  • We may decline or remove affiliates at any time for any reason.

2) Commissions

  • Affiliates earn 10% commission on qualifying referred sales.
  • Commissions are calculated on the order subtotal (before shipping, taxes, and discounts).
  • Orders that are canceled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent are not commission-eligible.
  • Attribution uses a 7-day cookie window from the last click or an approved flavor code at checkout.

3) Payouts

  • Payouts will only occur once your affiliate account balance reaches $10 or more.
  • Store credit (“cookie dough”) payouts are issued monthly once the $10 minimum is met.
  • Cash payouts (PayPal or Venmo) are available after you’ve earned $100+ lifetime commission, with a $25 minimum per cash payout.
  • Commissions finalize only after the applicable return window closes.

4) Self-Referrals

  • Your flavor code may be used for your own purchases
  • Self-referrals receive a 10% personal discount and earn commission.

5) Program Rules

  • Links/codes may not be posted on coupon or discount aggregator sites unless explicitly approved.
  • Affiliates must represent cookiegrips honestly — no misleading claims or comparisons.
  • Flavor codes cannot be stacked with other promotions (except free shipping on $50+ orders, if available).
  • We may update commission rates, eligible products, or policies from time to time.

6) Suspension & Termination

  • cookiegrips may suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, excessive self-referrals, or activities deemed harmful to the brand.
  • Unpaid commissions at the time of termination may be forfeited at our discretion.

7) Liability

  • cookiegrips is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or reputational harm) arising from participation in the program.
  • Participation is at your own risk.

8) Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
